Ground Shipping: My Toy Smart ships orders in the Continental U.S. using either UPS ground or USPS Parcel Post®. We may also ship smaller, lighter items by Priority Mail. The delivery time for orders shipped UPS ground can be calculated using the UPS Map below. Orders that are shipped USPS Parcel Post® can take between 2 - 9 business days. Business days do not include weekends and postal holidays. It is our policy is to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours after being placed. However, occasionally, it may take up to 72 hours. You will receive an email confirming that we have shipped your item. |

Items Shipped From Another Location: Items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer may use different carriers and may take longer to ship. These items are designated by a SKU# ending in D. Upgraded Shipping: USPS Priority Mail® can be chosen for an additional cost. Priority Mail® delivery is usually 2 - 3 business days after shipping. Additional upgraded services, such as Next Day, can be used by contacting us at shipping@mytoysmart.com, mailing or faxing an order form, or using the Contact Us form found below. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO: My Toy Smart ships these orders Priority Mail®. and delivery is generally between 7 - 10 business days. Please contact us for shipping costs before placing your order. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can also use next day and 2 day for an additional charge by contacting us at shipping@mytoysmart.com, faxing or mailing your order form, or using the Contact Us form found below before placing your order. Orders placed before contacting us will delay your order. Canadian Orders: My Toy Smart must be contacted at shipping@mytoysmart.com , faxing or mailing your order form, or using the Contact Us form found below before placing Canadian orders. Please remember that Canadian Customs also requires the telephone number of the person receiving the order. We ship to Canada using Global Express®, delivery in approx. 3-5 business days or Global Priority Mail®, delivery in approx. 4-6 business days. Customs, duties, and tariffs are the customers responsibility and not included in the shipping costs. Orders placed before contacting us for shipping cost will delay your order.
